Hours: 8a-430p EST

Job Description

Processes both the weekly and bi-weekly payrolls. Interprets and prepares payroll time and adjustment transactions and uploads/inputs data into the payroll system. Reconciles the payroll output for processing. Maintains payroll records and reports. Handles inquiries from employees/departments regarding paycheck problems using various payroll reports and on-line system inquiry functions.
Requirements:

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Experience 5 Year experience in Payroll operations (Required)

General Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System and/or PeopleSoft HCM. (Preferred)

General Experience with an On-line payroll system. (Preferred) _
