Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $24-$25 hourly
Location: Boise, ID
The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
- Possess excellent technical skills and has experience building and troubleshooting electromechanical and pneumatic devices, and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions.
- Read and understand electrical schematics, blueprints, and P&ID’s.
- Excellent knowledge in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to use and understand precision measuring tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits utilizing a multimeter.
- Complete required customer-provided safety training within the specified time.
- Adhere to company and OSHA safety requirements.
- Possesses good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers and customers.
- Self-Starter.
- Excellent time management.
- Able to prioritize tasks.
- Able to multitask.
- Having good attendance is mandatory
- Good understating of MS Office.
- Ability to use new computer programs that are not common.
- Ability to work well within a team and mentor less experienced team members.
- Possess good customer service skills.
- Create and form trusting relationships with customers and peers.
- Good attention to detail.
- Perform accurate quality work on all assemblies unsupervised.
- Trained and qualified to complete all bench shop processes without supervision.
- Competent to perform new processes following written procedures without supervision.
- Highest level of integrity in the quality level of work.
- 2 years of electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
- Automotive schooling or certification.
- 2 years of HVAC experience.
- 1 year of experience working with gas abatement systems.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
