SUMMARY: Provide assistance to the Low Moisture Packaging Operator.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Include the following, other duties may be assigned. All of the following are to be performed while adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures and good manufacturing practices. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job. It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks. The Organization chart indicated key personnel with the authority to take action.

- Assist Operator to Ensure Process is Set-up to Meet Customer Specifications, ensure machine/equipment is working correctly and ready for production.
- Communicate Effectively, exchange information with LM Packaging Operator, Supervisors, Quality Techs and co-workers.
- Prepare Box for Palletizing, compress product when necessary, properly label containers.
- Assist in the Ongoing Operation the Low Moisture Packaging and Puff Areas, adjust flake roll, ensure proper function of oilers and machinery.
- Assist Operator in the Monitoring and Controlling Product Quality Attributes to Meet Customer Specifications:
- Industrial and Food Safety, follow LOTO procedures and standards, HAZCOM and chemical safety procedures.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, reach, feel objects, tools, or controls. Reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk, hear, taste or smell.
- Sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Frequently lift and/ or move up to 10lbs and occasionally lift and/ or move up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for testing, distance vision for observing line flow, color vision for testing and seeing juice/ sauce color, peripheral vision to observe two processes, depth perception for working with machinery and the ability to adjust focus for seeing defective material.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is/or could be exposed to extreme heat, moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, electrical shock, high precarious positions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, all weather conditions, vibrations, and loud noise.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
