Key Responsibilities:
Label Room
- Operating label printers properly and efficiently to meet production deadlines according to the Packaging schedule.
- Ensuring label accuracy and accountability Schedule printer maintenance when required.
AQL
- Perform in line sampling of products to confirm product is conforming per procedural requirements.
- Communicate with quality and draft NCA documents as necessary.
Ulthera Configuration
- Perform configuration of Ulthera Control Units and software keys per procedural requirements.
- Start and complete work orders via SAP.
- Communicate with quality and draft NCA documents as necessary.
- Communicate with demand planners to ensure production needs are met.
Assistant Line Supervisor
- Back up to line supervisor.
- Manage, train, and monitor team members.
- Review DHRs and complete work orders in SAP.
- Communicate with quality and draft NCA documents as necessary.
- Communicate with demand planners to ensure production needs are met.
Training
- Supports employee and ongoing training for Packaging associates.
Communication with co-workers
- Communicates with supervisor and/or fellow associates on related order questions or concerns.
Accurate documentation
- Accurately documents necessary packaging processes performed per procedural requirements and support the review of completed documents for completeness and accuracy.
Housekeeping
- Maintains warehouse cleanliness and order including segregation and proper identification of material.
Maintain Records
- Maintains records, as appropriate, and warehouse area to comply with regulatory requirements, good manufacturing practices, and standard operating procedures.
Adhere to safety requirements
- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and following necessary steps to ensure there are no safety concerns.
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent. Required
Experience:
- Associates Degree or minimum of three years packaging and/or warehouse experience with HS diploma. Required
- Experience working with medical product manufacturing and/or GMP manufacturing.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability and willingness to ensure accuracy, understand detailed instructions, good interpersonal skills, record of dependability, and attention to detail and quality.
- Ability and willingness to operate fork lift and scissors lift.
- Basic computer proficiency in ability to enter data and retrieve SOP documents.
- Must possess demonstrated math, reading, and writing skills.
Must be able to pass vision testing requirements (with or without corrective eyewear).
- 20/20 Near Acuity Vision.
