About The Position:
The PACU overnight nurse is responsible for the observation, assessment, education, and care of plastic surgery patients (recovery). Depending on experience and availability, may also cover PRN for day time OR shifts (circulate, scrub nurse, recovery). Primary need is for occasional help monitoring post-surgical patients over night. Surgical patients are ASA-1 and overnight is typically 1:1.

Qualifications:
- Active Florida State RN License. (required).
- Current ACLS and BLS approved by FL state. (required).
- OR, PACU, Pre-op, ICU, ED experience. (required).
- Plastic Surgery clinical experience. (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.
- Understand principles of aseptic technique and their implementation.
