Location: Fully remote; EST time zone required

Pay: up to $35/hour, DOE
Planet Interactive is is looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our well known technology client's paid media organization within the Global Marketing team.
In this position, the Sr. Paid Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving incremental revenue growth through strategic management and continuous optimizations of our paid media and affiliate marketing programs. This person will have experience in strategy, activation, optimization and reporting of digital and affiliate marketing channels, focused on driving brand awareness and new customer acquisition.

In this position, the Sr. Paid Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving incremental revenue growth through strategic management and continuous optimizations of our paid media and affiliate marketing programs. This person will have experience in strategy, activation, optimization and reporting of digital and affiliate marketing channels, focused on driving brand awareness and new customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and manage all digital marketing for the Brand's North American business, including SEO, SEM, social media, display, video, and affiliate channels.
- Manage creative development and trafficking processes, analyzing performance and facilitating a feedback loop to incorporate learnings into asset development.
- Establish and execute digital campaigns to drive traffic, acquisition, and revenue growth in alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Work closely with digital and affiliate media agencies to evaluate opportunities and identify effective ad products and offerings.
- Monitor media performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Communicate dependencies and blockers to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Global Marketing, Analytics, PR, Creative, Product, E-commerce, Product, and Finance to align media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in digital marketing to inform media presence and implementation.
- Manage North American digital and affiliate marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Data Science or other related fields
- 3-5 years of experience with digital and affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing programs and driving incremental revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with proficiency in reporting platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation, able to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that deliver results.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with effective prioritization.
- Agency and brand experienced strongly preferred.
