**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Paid Media Specialist will play a crucial role in driving digital advertising success and will serve as the main point of contact for paid campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta. In this role, you will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to support marketing and business objectives, ensuring maximum ROI through data-driven strategy and experimentation. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS, total conversions, CPC, and search impression share, as well as executing A/B tests and experimenting with new ad creatives, keywords, and strategies. With an analytical mindset, you will propose new campaigns, adjust budgets as needed, and optimize campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in paid advertising, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and use insights from Google Analytics and other data sources to enhance performance. Additionally, you will stay on top of emerging trends in digital advertising, recommending innovative opportunities and tools to drive meaningful outcomes. Reporting to the Manager of Digital Marketing, this role will contribute significantly to our broader digital marketing initiatives and play a key part in shaping our advertising strategy for continued growth.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
+ Monitor and report on KPIs monthly, including CTR, ROAS, total conversions, CPC, and search impression share.
+ Conduct A/B tests using various campaign types and structures to identify optimal strategies.
+ Test new ad copy, images, and other creatives to improve campaign performance.
+ Work closely with our graphic designer to build new ad creatives.
+ Ensure ads are up to date with the latest images, videos, and other content.
+ Utilize Google Analytics and other data sources to optimize ongoing campaigns.
+ Manage keyword targeting and continually refine strategies to maximize ROI.
+ Propose new campaigns and budget changes based on performance analysis and business objectives.
+ Utilize boosting for high-performing posts and content.
+ Provide ongoing optimization to all ad channels and campaigns.
+ Develop campaigns targeting each sale, starting in advance and running through completion.
+ Optimize and A/B test for Paid Ads.
+ Research competitor's advertising practices and suggest new strategies as relevant.
+ Define the Performance Marketing agenda, setting and measuring against business (ROAS) and channel level (CAC/CPP) targets.
+ Be on the forefront of the latest ad-technology and offer new insights on how to drive business value with existing tools, while making recommendations for new ones.
+ Assist the Fortive Digital Marketing teams in finding insights and opportunities related to our operating companies' digital properties and marketing channels. Transform those opportunities into actionable plans that drive measurable positive outcomes.
+ Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
+ Minimum 2 years marketing experience (B2B preferred)
+ Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google AdWords, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
+ Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Google AdWords and Bing Ads certifications are preferred.
+ Advanced Excel skills preferred.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially as it involves communicating technical concepts and ideas in a non-technical, simple manner.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 54,100.00 - 100,500.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
