We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to assist in the execution of programmatic, social media, Google Ads and other paid media activities for our clients. You will directly own the planning, execution and effectiveness of all paid media campaigns for multiple agency clients.
Open to various locations, prefer Eastern or Central time zones.
Responsibilities
- Design, Execute, and Maintain best-in-class, ROI-Focused Pay Per Click/Display campaigns
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis
- Continually optimize PPC & Paid Social campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy (if appropriate), bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, audience optimization, etc.
- Optimize existing PPC campaigns for new clients
- Troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needs
- Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance
- Compile monthly PPC Reports for our clients with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance against client-specific and industry benchmarks.
- Recommend and consult with clients, account team and digital team for any new ads, content or landing pages that should be created in order to promote higher campaign performance
- Set up Conversion Tracking & Retargeting Pixels
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis within our clients’ locations and industries
- Research to stay on top of the latest trends in PPC advertising
- Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media (PPC, Programmatic, Social, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration
- 3 years of relevant hands-on paid media experience
- Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
- Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media (PPC, Programmatic, Social, etc.) - Specific experience with Meta platforms ads, some programmatic (stack adapt, choozle, etc) and Google search/display
- Oversee and manage overall paid media budget for multiple clients and campaigns.

- Prefer Google Tag Manager Certified
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized and must be able to multi-task, handling several tasks/projects at one time
