Position Summary:
The Paid Media team is tasked with establishing company-wide digital media strategies, campaign management, and providing consultative support across multiple AEG divisions.
Paid Media Specialist will support the team with programmatic Display campaign execution, ad management, and performance optimization against defined marketing objectives. This position collaborates with members of the media team, marketers, and external media partners to fulfill campaign requirements that involves quality assurance for strategy, budget, creative, audience targeting, and measurement. This position is responsible for monitoring performance and evaluating effectiveness while identify optimization opportunities across digital channels, budgets, audiences, creative. This position clearly communicates results and actionable recommendations to drive ticket sales, event awareness, customer acquisition, and brand initiatives.
Essential Functions:
- Build and manage paid media campaigns across digital ad buying platforms, ensuring creative meets requirements, targeting tactics are optimized against relevant objectives and audiences, and monitoring success of ads. Identify and escalate any issues to appropriate internal/external contacts for a successful launch and completion of media.
- Oversee operational and project management tasks such as QA ad deliverables, creative trafficking, measurement implementation while enforcing workflow processes to ensure campaigns follow best practices and are launched on-time. Assist senior team members with deliverables and establishing requirements based on strategy and media plans.
- Generate reporting for performance analysis and insights against key metrics. Clearly communicate results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with others to advise on media and creative strategy, budgets, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against key metrics.
- Stay up to date on digital media and data trends, best practices, identify testing opportunities while collaborating with media partners and marketers.
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience with display and programmatic ad platforms, DSPs, CDPs, measurement and supporting technology such as: DV360, Doubleclick Campaign Manager, LiveRamp.
- 2-4 years of Media agency or brand/client/advertiser side
- 2-4 years of Digital paid media across Programmatic Display, Mobile, Video / CTV, Social; a minimum of 12 months of in-platform ad buying and execution focusing on performance and direct response campaigns.
- Solid grasp of digital media systems and tools (ie. ad servers, trafficking, tagging, ad verification, viewability).
- Familiar with measurement, reporting, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Domo.
- Proficient in using Excel, analyzing marketing related datasets towards key metrics, and developing insights to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Detail and process oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage high volume of campaigns and communication in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven technical knowledge and ability to learn new tools quickly.
Pay Scale: $67,000-$81,880
