ABOUT THE ROLE: Blu Dot is looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join the growing Marketing team. This role will be responsible for executing Blu Dot's paid media strategy, primarily within biddable media platforms. This person will also manage vendor relationships with external agencies and platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead Blu Dot's paid marketing strategy in biddable media platforms, e.g. Google, Meta, and Pinterest
- Plan campaigns that support Blu Dot initiatives across brand, stores, and trade & contract lines of business
- Report on performance and share results to marketing, stores, trade & contract, and ecommerce teams
- Design and execute experiments to consistently learn and improve upon our digital marketing program
- Manage the paid media budget inclusive of planning, actualizing, and forecasting monthly investment levels
- Inform creative development process by contributing to campaign briefs and participating in creative reviews
- Collaborate with other marketing channels, organic social and email, on developing cross platform campaigns
- Provide accurate creative specs to graphic designers to ensure assets are developed without error
- Work with data and analytics and ecommerce teams to setup campaign tracking
- Support media plans secured with external vendors, publishers, and PR firms when appropriate
- Assist with documentation of all processes and procedures
- Relay trends, benchmarks, and best practices within the broader team
IDEAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS*:
- 3+ years in a digital marketing role
- 2+ years of experience in paid media, preferably in Google, Meta and Pinterest
- Experience with retail category or DTC furniture brand, either direct or at an ad agency
- Experience driving business results against strict KPIs (CAC, ROAS)
- Experience leveraging attribution technologies (MTA, MMM, Google Analytics)
- Tableau experience is a bonus
- Position is based out of Minneapolis, MN headquarters with a flexible working environment/schedule (no full-time remote work available)
