Take a lead role in supporting, managing and growing profitable accounts that deliver outstanding experience to our customers.
As a Paid Search Marketing Strategy Associate within the Acquisitions Center of Excellence of Card Services, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of profitable new accounts within the Paid Search channel. You will assist in the development, implementation, and analysis of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, working closely with our card product teams to optimize performance and achieve business goals. This role provides an opportunity to apply your strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and passion for digital marketing.
Job responsibilities
+ Support the development and management of paid search campaigns, including writing ad copy, to maximize conversion rates.
+ Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as Click Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), and Cost Per Account (CPA) using analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
+ Compile, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to provide insights to stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with card product teams to align paid search strategies with overall marketing goals.
+ Present campaign performance and strategic insights to key stakeholders effectively.
+ Contribute to the identification and exploration of new opportunities and strategies.
+ Work with internal teams to strategize and execute campaigns.
+ Assist in search engine marketing compliance and enforcement.
+ Support the channel budget management process by tracking expenditures, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated budgets, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. (invoices working with costing team, etc.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
+ Basic understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) principles.
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
+ Familiarity with analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Google Analytics is a plus.
+ 2+ years of marketing management, account management or channel strategy preferably in acquisitions.
