Coordinator, Paid Social (Remote)

The role we are looking to fill is for a Coordinator of Paid Social. This is an entry level position for someone who has a curious nature, a strong desire to learn and solve problems, and is passionate about the digital industry, media trends, and social behavior. The Coordinator will assist Specialists and Supervisors in helping to execute and manage paid social campaigns. In this position, you will conduct research and understand client business models, products/services, verticals, and competition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 0-1 year of experience required; previous social marketing or related digital field preferred
• Software: Proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Communication: strong written and verbal communication required.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and close attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assists Specialists and Supervisors to execute and manage paid social campaigns. This will involve, budget management, task management, ad copy writing, analyzing data, extracting findings from the data and billing.
• Conducts research and understands client business models, products/services, verticals, and competition.
• Proactively takes part in internal meetings, helps to solve problems, and stays up to date on industry updates.
• Works closely with Specialists and Supervisors to maintain project plans.
• Presents industry news and research in internal department meetings.
• Shows eagerness and want to learn more about the paid social industry, platforms used and digital industry as a whole.
• Works closely with vendors on discovering new beta tests, and learning about vendor offerings.
• Curious about our client's business and industry vertical they are in.
• Proactively researches, reads thought leadership articles and conducts discovery into the business.
• Brings a positive and enthusiastic can-do attitude into a collaborative team atmosphere where teamwork and drive to learn are keys to success.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities 
• Drive the execution of paid search, SEO, and/or media marketing programs to meet client needs.

• Develop and manage implementation of program and strategy to ensure all timeframes and budgets are adhered to.

• Manage multiple paid search budgets and forecasts for assigned client program.

• Aid in Paid Search, SEO, and/or media competitive analyses – keyword/bidding strategy, architecture review, content/bidding optimization, and offsite authority.
• Provide client business and marketing recommendations.

• Analyze and present results and reports for clients to measure the value/impact of performance based programs.

• Performs other duties as assigned

Indirect Reports
- Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level:

(Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience:
2-4 years of experience with combined media experience, preferably in an Agency environment

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
• Possess an in-depth understanding of search engine marketing, and digital marketing;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team;
• Extremely organized and high attention to detail;
• Expresses oneself (in writing and verbally) clearly, concisely, and thoroughly;
• Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing;
• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript a plus.

Office / Sedentary Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
