Location: New York City, Nassau County (Travel Required)
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, optional Saturdays)
Salary:$140,000 - $175,000 per year (based on experience) + Bonus Incentives

Responsibilities:
- Independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients using a combination of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
- Perform pain management procedures, with training provided as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Work independently, managing 15-25 patients daily
Requirements:
- Valid NYS Nurse Practitioner license
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Accepting new graduates or experienced candidates.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel between locations.
