Position Requirements:

• Any State License
• MD/DO
• ACLS and BLS certification
• Successful completion of Internship and Residency
• Board Certified in Pain Management
• Possess 2 years of clinical experience
• Must Possess 1 years of experience in Chronic Pain Management
