Job Title: Paint-Coating Quality Technician
Location: Bowling Green, KY 42101
Duration: +12 months (With high possibility of extension)
Schedule: Second shift - 3:00 PM to 11 :30 pm
Responsibilities:

Schedule: Second shift - 3:00 PM to 11 :30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd shift technical service assistance.
- Manage the chemical mixing room, including:
- Checking viscosities
- Monitoring temperatures
- Testing pH levels
- Track, route, and collect data on cars after painting, including:
- Film build
- Appearance
- Color
- Other paint-related metrics
- Compile daily reports and distribute to customers.
- Conduct periodic inventories of all supplied products.
- Collect data for various lines, including:
- Final line
- Paint final repair
- CARE line
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Strong understanding of paint shops/painting preferred (training will be provided).
- Ability to distinguish colors (color blindness not acceptable).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer service aptitude and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
