Reports to: Paint Line Lead/ Production Supervisor
Classification: Non Exempt/Hourly
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand complex prints and set up sheets and can program parts/machine per drawing
- Know all operations and safety procedures of the paint line
- Ability to perform metal finishing
- Understand the paint millage for each product
- Assist with tank dumps on a regular schedule
- Capable of loading and unloading the paint line
- Operate tow motor and overhead crane
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, assembly prints, packing lists, shop orders, and other written correspondence
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years’ experience in a production environment
- Personal Protection Equipment Training (PPE), Global Harmonization System Training (GHS), Lock Out- Tag Out Training, (LOTO)
- Onsite training available
- Tow Motor and Overhead Crane Certification
- Onsite training available
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.

Specific Qualifications:
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen, and when applicable if duties involve operating motor vehicle must be able to pass motor vehicle record check.
