Paint Shop Supervisor - HEICO Corporation

HEICO Repair Group Aerostructures, LLC is currently seeking a Paint Shop Supervisor. If you are outgoing, a fast learner and looking for a company where there is a chance for advancement, this is the position for you. The position will be located in Miami, FL. In this position, the Paint Shop Supervisor will:

* Ensure that the shop is maintained in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
* Coordinate training activities to ensure that all personnel are properly trained for the work they perform
* Ensure that all required tools and test equipment is available and maintained in good working order. Ensuring that tools and equipment are calibrated as required.
* Ensuring that approved technical data is used and properly documented in the work order package
* Be responsible for all painters in the Paint Shop
* Make sure all painters are following HEICO’s policies and procedures
* Adequate supervision is provided for all work performed
Skills/Education & Experience:

* Must have excellent written and verbal skills
* Works effectively with others
* Must have management skills
* Must be able to read and interpret technical data
* Must possess a general understanding of Aircraft Component Maintenance Manuals
