Crew Lead Painter
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Painters for a company based in Tampa, FL. In this job, you will be responsible for painting, finishing, and maintaining a wide variety of interior and exterior structures and any other related duties.
Pay Rate:
Depending on experience
Schedule and Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Painters Duties and Responsibilities:
- Paint interior and exterior of commercial buildings and schools
- Responsible for painting, finishing, and maintaining a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces and structures.
- Make sufficient preparation for painting; repairs sheetrock; cleans out air vents; performs other jobs as needed.
- Painting around light switches, baseboards, and trim
- Performs validation checks on completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operating equipment
Painters Requirements and Qualifications:
- +5 years commercial interior and exterior experience required.
- Must have own painting supplies and painter’s whites.
- Knowledge of how to mix paint to produce the desired colors and how to use common painting tools.
- Understanding the best ways to remove old paint or wallpaper without damaging the materials underneath it.
- Drug screen and background required
