We are looking for an exceptional Painter to become an indispensable part of our Production Team. If you are enthusiastic, possess an innate attention to detail, and have a passion for excellence, then we invite YOU to become the next guardian of our legacy in this role.
Key Responsibilities of this Job:
- Prepare parts for painting including Bondo and sanding.
- Prepare paint materials, mix paint, and ensure proper color matching.
- Apply primer, paint, and coatings to surfaces.
- Maintain all tools and equipment in proper and safe operating condition.
- Follow all company/OSHA safety guidelines along and wear personal protective equipment.
- Keep supervisor informed on in-process status of products.
- Maintain a safe organized work area and ensure all logs are filled out daily.
The Ideal Candidate has:
- Basic knowledge of painting materials, tools and operations.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in industrial painting.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the FDA GMP/QSR and ISO 13485 requirements.
- Maintain current knowledge on quality operations through continuous training.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.
- Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
- Familiarity with proper safety practices, including proper handling of chemicals and materials.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
