Responsibilities:Job Description:
Iron EagleX is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team in Vandenberg, CA. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client’s user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success.
Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Provide desk-side training to analysts.
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
- Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
- Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
- Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration.
- Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time if needed (most likely to Colorado Springs)
- This position is onsite 5 days per week at Vandenberg AFB.
Education & Certifications:
- Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role.
Security Clearance:
- An Active Top Secret Clearance is REQUIRED, TS/SCI preffered
