Seeking a Palletizing Technician for a local Franklin, WI, Food Production company.
12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule
6am - 6pm
$22.50 per hour

Job Summary:
A Palletizer is responsible for setting up and operating the automatic palletizer, stretch-wrap machine, and related equipment. Takes full pallets, stretches them, and puts them on the truck.
Responsibilities:
-Set up and configure palletizing equipment according to product specifications, including pallet size, stacking patterns, and weight distribution.
-Operate palletizing machinery to efficiently stack and arrange products onto pallets in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
-Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and inspection, to ensure optimal performance and prevent equipment downtime.
-Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed, collaborating with maintenance personnel and equipment manufacturers when necessary.
-Monitor the palletizing process to ensure proper alignment, positioning, and stacking of products, making adjustments as required to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
-Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to lockout/tagout procedures.
-Document equipment settings, maintenance activities, and production metrics accurately and comprehensively.
Previous packaging machine operator experience or robotic palletization experience preferred
