Job Description:
Contract Position
Pay Range: $42-52/hour
Functions
Support commercial sales and service with respect to legal review of customer terms, bid tender submissions, HIPAA Business Associate Agreements, and customer disputes
Support commercial sales and services with legal review of government contract terms and conditions
Draft commercial sales and services agreements with customers, including revisions to customer terms and conditions
Draft commercial sales and services agreements with group purchasing organizations and integrated delivery networks
Train commercial sales and service on “battle of the forms” process, term interpretation and drafting agreements
Draft standard agreements (e.g., confidential disclosure, material transfer, evaluation, and professional services agreements)
Qualifications
4-6+ years of paralegal experience, ideally within a corporate setting.
Experience with sales contracts is a plus.
Medical Device/Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
