Paralegal at Sokoloff Stern LLP

Sokoloff Stern LLP, a trial firm handling insurance defense and municipal matters, seeks a full-time Paralegal to assist in managing cases throughout all phases of the litigation process from answer through trial and appeal. Job involves the drafting discovery demands and responses, motion preparation, handling of client inquiries, organization of medical records, and e-filings. A college degree or certification from an accredited paralegal program is preferred, though prior law office experience will be considered. Proficiency with Microsoft suite required, including Outlook, Word & Excel. Experience with Clio practice management platform a plus. Pay comensurate with experience.
