Paralegal Clerk for Credit Bureau 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal/Legal Clerk to join our credit bureau team! The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal processes and a commitment to providing excellent support. This is a full-time evaluation hire position.

Key Responsibilities 
- Assist with legal research and documentation related to credit reporting and consumer protection laws
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs 
- Review and organize case files and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and regulatory agencies as needed 
- Support attorneys in case preparation and management 
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the credit industry

Required Qualifications 
- Computer literacy and experience with computer software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications 
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate
- Previous experience as a paralegal or legal clerk, preferably in the credit or financial sector
- Proficient in legal terminology and procedures
- Experience with credit reporting laws and regulations
- Familiarity with legal software and document management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
