Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
- 100% In office
- Mon- Fri 8am - 5pm
- Start ASAP
- Provides assistance in preparing legal documents
- Performs routine legal research and compiles data from such references as digests, encyclopedias, practice manuals or other sources
- Prepares drafts of contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment, and related matters
- Maintains file system for annual meetings and drafts documents for such meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits of mailing, agendas, ballots, shareholders' and directors' minutes and related memoranda
- Performs legal support assignments that are varied and more complex in character but usually involving relatively limited responsibilities
- Normal qualifications include an education minimum of two years formal legal training or equivalent
- High attention to details
- Ability to work independently
- Familiar with Excel and Adobe Pro
