Job Title: Commercial Case Manager

Location: Garden City, NY
(Onsite to start, then Hybrid after full training period – 1 remote day per week, typically within 2-6 months)

Salary: $60K annually plus an annual bonus based on personal and company performance goals

Industry: Legal (Alternative Dispute Resolution)

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships with law firms and insurance companies to schedule arbitrations, mediations, and special events.
• Ensure timely and efficient resolution of litigation cases through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services.
• Review and verify the accuracy of invoices related to scheduled services.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the legal industry (litigation preferred), ADR industry, or judicial system.
