Job Title: Legal Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including document preparation and filing.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize case files and databases.
- Communicate with clients and external parties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a legal environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
