National firm seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of IP litigation processes. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively while providing high-quality support to attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing for IP litigation cases, including drafting and filing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on IP-related matters to support case strategies.
• Manage and organize case files and document databases, ensuring all relevant information is readily accessible.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and evidence for cases.
• Assist in the preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials, including the creation of trial binders and exhibits.
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules, maintaining an accurate calendar of case events.
• Support attorneys in developing case strategies and provide insights based on research findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a legal setting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on IP litigation preferred.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and IP litigation software.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work product.
