Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of statutes and legal cases
• Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, contracts, and briefs
• Organize and maintain case files and documents
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and other materials for court hearings
• Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Assist with document review and discovery

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research and document management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
