A reputable New Hampshire law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal to support its civil litigation practice, with a focus on medical malpractice cases
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
This role offers an opportunity to work closely with attorneys, handling key elements of case preparation and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage case files, including reviewing and summarizing medical records.
Coordinate document management, electronic calendaring, and case tracking.
Provide detailed support for case preparation, including drafting legal documents and assisting in trial preparation.
Prioritize tasks independently, efficiently managing multiple deadlines.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, with any exposure to medical malpractice or personal injury experience a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with PDF software is a plus.
Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and use logical decision-making with minimal supervision.
