$70,000 total compensation

The Role:

• We are seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal, you'll be drafting legal documents and concepts for clients for their custom Estate Plans. You'll be able to communicate about and answer questions pertaining to wills, trusts, and legal documents – guiding clients through the complexities of estate planning.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review wills, trusts, and other legal documents.
• Communicate with clients with compassion and empathy. Personalize each interaction and provide excellent service every time.
• Explain complex legal concepts in easy-to-understand terms. Ensure clients have understanding and confidence.
• Support the Estate Planning Team with client cases.

• Paralegal certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate and provide customer service to clients.
