A Law Firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. This is an in-office, full-time position. Only candidates that meet all of the below requirements will be considered.
Experience/Requirements:
- At least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience in a law firm environment
- Drafting motions, pleadings, summaries etc.
- Review and organize documents
- Research
- Deposition and trial prep: expert witnesses, chronologies, binders, document assembly etc.
- E-file
- Collect and review medical records
- Must be proficient with Word and Excel and have experience with Aderant and Relativity software (or similar programs)
- Paralegal Certificate or Degree in Legal Studies preferred, but not required
