Paralegal - Personal Injury Litigation - Gpac

A well-established boutique law firm is seeking a motivated paralegal to join their recognized personal injury practice. We are searching for a detail-oriented, collaborative paralegal with a minimum of three years of experience in personal injury or related civil litigation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys with various tasks related to case management and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, proofreading, citation checking, and tabling documents
• Professionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel
• Prepare documents for filing in both state and federal courts
• Support our attorneys in all phases of litigation
• Manage and calendar court deadlines
• Propound and respond to discovery
• Maintain organized case files

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Confident in a paperless work environment
• Knowledge of e-Filing and California rules
• Familiarity with California discovery rules
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
