Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team specializing in plaintiff personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare and summarize medical records and other evidence for use in cases.
• Manage case calendars and deadlines, ensuring timely filings and responses.
• Assist with trial preparation, including creating trial binders and exhibits.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, specifically in plaintiff personal injury.
• Must be a Dallas County resident.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures, particularly in federal court (experience in federal court is a plus).
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
