Reports to: General Counsel
Position Description: As a paralegal for a national PEO, you will be an integral part of our legal and compliance team. You will prepare and submit our PEO licensing and business registrations, provide legal research on various regulatory and employment law topics, and assist the team with compliance and regulatory projects.

Position Description: As a paralegal for a national PEO, you will be an integral part of our legal and compliance team. You will prepare and submit our PEO licensing and business registrations, provide legal research on various regulatory and employment law topics, and assist the team with compliance and regulatory projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit PEO licensing and business registrations on an ongoing basis
- Research complex changes to federal and state employment laws
- Periodically help prepare and organize presentations for webinars or other forums
- Draft legal memos, employment law updates, severance agreements, and other legal documents
- Assist with litigation file management
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 5 years of employment law-related experience
- Professional employer organization/employee leasing experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of legal language and principles
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to, PowerPoint and Word
Other:
- Salary based on experience is up to $90,000
- This position is hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home. One day in the office must be a Monday or a Friday.
