$25 - $31 hourly

• Work with team to support clients
• Bill time for work performed
• Prepare and maintain legal documents and correspondence, briefs, and motions and conduct legal research
• Organize, implement and prepare case for trial according to our 100-day Protocol
• Communication with courts, prosecutors, law enforcement, and other attorneys
• Meet deadlines for drafting, filing and other projects
• Help attorneys prepare all stages of case for trial
• Create and maintain case files
• Create contacts and update contact information in the CMS
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned
• Attend two weekly progress and accountability meetings
• Adhere to all firm policies and procedures

• Candidate must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program, such as an associate degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 3 plus years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Paramount attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
