Paralegal - Trust/Probate Litigation - Gpac

A well-established boutique law firm is seeking a paralegal to assist their recognized Trust & Estates practice. We are searching for an exceptional litigation paralegal to assist attorneys in trust and probate litigation and estate planning. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic and proficient with case preparation and management, including drafting legal documents, assisting with hearings and client meetings. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience
• 2 or more years of civil litigation experience (preferably in estate, trusts, and/or probate)
• Strong understanding of estate planning, administration, and litigation procedures
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Extremely detail oriented and effective organizational abilities
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Excellent time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and proactively manage caseload
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of our team
• Strong computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with elder law is a plus
