Paralegal- Worker's Comp - Solomon Search Group

Personal Injury law firm seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal specializing in Worker's Compensation to join their team in Trenton. This role is essential in supporting their legal team with a variety of tasks, ensuring that their clients receive the highest quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing and managing worker's compensation claims from inception through resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant information to support cases.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date case files and documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or Paralegal certification required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in worker's compensation law.
• Strong understanding of worker's compensation laws and procedures.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research databases and case management software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
