The candidate must have a minimum of:
Must provide high-level administrative and paralegal support by conducting research, taking notes during meetings, managing agendas for meetings, and ensuring adequate follow-ups are completed by engaging with stakeholders. Specifically, assists senior staff in managing day to day work-flows, as well as large scale special initiatives. Plans, manages, and coordinates project activities to ensure goals and objectives of multiple and large projects are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe. Follow up with key stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner are a key part of the job. Develops project initiation process by defining project scope, determining action items, assigning ownership, creating project timetables, and tracking execution and workflow; prepares, presents, and distributes project status reports. Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action. Project management: excellent writing skills that include proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling; business communications and ability to take notes is necessary.

- Associate's Degree or a Bachelor's Degree;
- Paralegal Certificate; and
- Eligible to work in New York State

- Work individually and as part of a team.
- Track and manage reporting projects without daily oversight.
- Follow-up on deliverables from internal stakeholders
- Excellent verbal communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills, including experience managing multiple time-sensitive, complex projects, simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including working experience with Word, Excel, Teams, WebEx, and Zoom.
