Part-Time Night Nursing Supervisor (11PM-7AM) needed at a skilled nursing,long term care facility located in New Milford, CT!!!!!

Salary: $48/HR-$52/HR (Based on Experience)

RN Nursing Supervisor Responsibilities

• The RN Supervisor is accountable for the administrative, clinical, and professional development of facility personnel for the designated shift.
• The RN Supervisor coordinates, directs, and oversees all aspects of the delivery of nursing care.
• The RN Supervisor demonstrates competence in leadership and relevant clinical experience.
• The RN Supervisor collaborates with physicians and other health care professionals; complies with orders in a timely manner.
• The RN Supervisor conducts unit rounds, ensuring that clinical practices are delivered within the facility's established standards of care.
• The RN Supervisor maintains standards of care in accordance with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in long term care
• Must have experience as a Supervisor or Charge Nurse
• Must have CT RN license
