Accounting Assistant

Our client is located in Orange, CT and they're looking for a part time accounting assistant to join their team.

Main Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant:

• Review and verify vendor requests
• The Accounting Assistant will maintain vendor records
• Track and reconcile incoming payments
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and resolve billing issues
• Prepare AR reports and assist with collections
• Other Ad hoc administrative duties as required

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Assistant:

• AP and AR experience
• Strong excel skills
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus!
