About the Job
Allegria is looking for a part-time Life Enrichment Coordinator to join
our Skilled Nursing Facility.
*MUST have 2 years Life Enrichment/Activities experience with
senior population *
Requirements:
• Plan, coordinate and execute core programs, events, activities and
services to meet the diverse needs and interests of the Allegria Village
community.
• Develop programs, events, and activities that inspire high levels of
community engagement, including entertainment, workshops, lectures, classes
and seminars
• Create and execute engaging activities and events. Fitness, fun,
crafty, silly, and more. Activities and events range from small budget,
impromptu fun, to well planned and coordinated community events such as the
Annual Resident Holiday Party.
• Discover and identify new programs, events or services.
• Connect with the Allegria Village community. Bring new and existing
residents together, develop relationships, and discover interests, talents,
skills, and aspirations. Inspire residents to become involved in
programming and in the planning of events.
• Provide organizational support for all activities and events.
- Track participation in programming and events when practical.
