We are seeking a part-time Administrative Associate (25-30 hours/week) to assist in transitioning our manufacturer check fulfillment business to a new provider. This role requires extensive work in Excel and familiarity with banking processes is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Pull down and audit MFR output files
Upload Merck files bi-weekly
Upload check numbers to Positive Pay weekly
Verify and reissue returned checks daily
Report check numbers and fees for billing bi-weekly
Pull reports for MFR visibility to remaining escrow and usage per clinic
Reconcile cashed checks daily
Verify Positive Pay discrepancies daily
Organize uncashed checks weekly
Follow up via email on uncashed checks daily
Required Skillsets
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
Preferred Skillsets
Personable with strong interpersonal skills
Previous experience in banking or money fulfillment
Additional Requirements
Experience Level: 4 to 6 years (flexible)
Effective communication skills
Familiarity with office equipment (switchboard, postage meter, copier)
Ability to work across business units and geographies
High level of professionalism and service
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Meet the physical requirements of extensive sitting and computer use
