Part Time Administrative Assistant (North Austin $25/Hourly) - Ultimate Staffing Services

Office Administrator

Pay - $25 per hour

Hours - 30 hours per week (could be 5 days for 6 hours or 4 days for 7.5 hours). Start time needs to be 8AM

Location - 78759 area

• Someone who can perform office admin/receptionist duties
• Feld inbound calls and transfer to the correct party
• Assemble digital files
• Document conversion (paper files to digital files)
• Help with proposal preparation
• Great skills with Adobe, word and excel
• Experience with a CRM (the one the client uses is proprietary and candidates wouldn't have used that specific CRM)
