About the Job
We are searching for a Part-Time Finance Coordinator to join our client’s team! The Temporary Administrative Assistant will provide crucial support to the organization’s office operations, including managing communications, welcoming visitors, and assisting with various office logistics. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for general inquiries, ensuring prompt responses to emails and phone calls.
- Provide basic IT support, including assistance with livestream accounts.
- Assist with mailers and coordinate with volunteers.
- Screen and welcome visitors, coordinate with staff, and assist with duties.
- Act as a resource for members, addressing their administrative and general inquiries.
- Help manage calendaring and room requests.
- Assist with maintaining office machinery and other administrative tasks such as printing and supply management.
- Provide support for a youth & family education program on Thursdays from 2 PM to 6 PM.

Required Experience:
