About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support their office operations for a 5-6 month contract in a fully onsite role.
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily office operations by handling visitor interactions, managing calls, and supporting meeting logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide administrative support to maintain efficient office operations
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Offer accurate information both in-person and via phone/email
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room setup and catering
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in an administrative role
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, friendly demeanor, organized, detail-oriented
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
