Summary:
Handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties in support of the HR function and the Management team.

Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Serve as a vital team member for employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources and the Leadership team.
• Compile and update employee records.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Manage job applicant flow.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• 2 plus years’ experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position preferred.
• PC literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS helpful
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to be proactive, organized, and timely.
