This Opportunity
WSP is seeking a part time Back Office Clerk. This position reports in-person for training to the Northwest Parkway Mainline Plaza which is located at approximately 164th and Lowell Blvd in Broomfield, CO. This is a flexible part time (24-32 hrs.) position that will offer the hybrid opportunity after successful completion of training.
Schedule:
Training (4) weeks in office
Monday through Friday
Hours are between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (24-32 hrs.)
Flexible schedule option will be available after 90 days as long as attendance and KPI requirements are met.

Expected Salary: $18.15 per hour.
**This position can be Hybrid after training is completed.

Your Impact
The Back Office Clerk supports the customer service support functions which include: reviewing and processing license plate images that are captured by the system (analyzing and classifying images), setting up new customer accounts in the GO-PASS system from data submitted by customers, and other Back Office Clerk duties. Handles calls made to the Communications Center regarding roadway operations (excludes customer account calls). Handling phone calls from customers is specifically excluded from this position. Job requires exceptional organization and attention to detail skills, knowledge of MS Office, Windows, MS Excel, proficient-typing skills, and self-initiative, excellent written and oral communication skills. May be reassigned on a long term or temporary basis to another location, other shifts, or other schedules, to balance manpower or meet the needs of the company.
- Views license plate images on monitor (must determine correct state, number, and letters) and enter all relevant information.
- Open new accounts (excluding accounts set up by phone).
- Processes incoming payments including cash, check and credit card.
- Seeks advice from Customer Service Manager on how to handle incidents and completes follow-up Accident/Incident Reports as directed.
- Perform related duties as assigned by Manager
- Meet or exceed performance criteria established for the position
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

- Good levels of computer literacy
- Ability to work at speed and with accuracy at a high level of attention to detail
- Must be able to pass Skills Assessment Tests to be considered for an interview
- Ability to achieve and maintain departmental performance standards
Physical Demands
Primarily sedentary physical work requiring ability to lift a maximum of 10 pounds; occasional lifting, carrying, walking and standing; frequent hand/eye coordination to operate computer keyboard and office equipment; vision for reading, recording and interpreting information; frequent speech communication, hearing and listening to maintain communication; daily use of computer keyboard, standard office equipment and telephone. #LI-Onsi
