Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated part-time Bilingual Office Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, providing crucial support in our daily operations and helping them better serve their diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls in both Spanish and English.
• Assist clients with inquiries and service scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records and manage office documentation.
• Help with invoicing and billing processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and customer communication.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Schedule:
Part-time hours (hoping to grow to full-time in the future)
