Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will take on a variety of essential tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our facility:
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: You will manage incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Your attention to detail will help maintain the financial integrity of our organization.
- Payroll Knowledge: Assist in the management of payroll, ensuring that our dedicated staff members are compensated accurately and on time. Your role is crucial in supporting our team.
- Daily Cash Reconciliation: Oversee cash flow and perform daily reconciliations for transactions related to Blueline Pub, O’Malley Ice, and O’Malley Sports. Your analytical skills will ensure that all financial records are precise and up-to-date.
- Financial Reporting: Collaborate in the preparation of financial reports that will guide decision-making and help shape the future of our sports center.
Qualifications:

- Experience with QuickBooks: Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for efficiently managing financial records and streamlining our accounting processes.
